Our church was planted on the first Sunday of November 1991, with 40 people in attendance for that first service, at the Elburn Community Center. The dream was building a church with a simple goal: reaching those far from Christ. With the help of people committed to seeing that dream fulfilled, the church has experienced significant growth.

The mission of Family Life Church is to glorify God by making disciples through the gospel of Jesus Christ. God’s mission and the mission of His Church are inseparably linked. If God’s mission is to be glorified through the redemption and reconciliation of a people, the Church’s mission must orient around the glory of God and seek to glorify Him through redemption and reconciliation.
EMPOWERED TRANSFORMATION
Our vision is to be a church of grace-filled people, empowered for community transformation and new church formation, so that the Gospel is faithfully transferred from person to person and generation to generation.
CONNECT GROUPS / SMALL GROUPS
Connect Groups or small groups, are an essential part of our church, as they provide a place where deeper fellowship and better support for one another can take place. Considering that the early church worshipped in large settings - in the synagogues - as well as in homes, we unite together similarly in order to be in deeper fellowship with God and one another.
Praise and Worship
We love music. Expect to hear everything from contemporary hymns to the most recent worship contemporary music you hear on the radio. We use music to show our Lord how much we love and honor Him.

But here at Family Life Church we are building personal, fulfilling, exciting relationships with each other and with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
We believe it is important to maintain the basics of the faith. Our Lord Jesus helps us to find balance and live life to its fullest. The Word and empowering Holy Spirit help us find the answers for living in these challenging and troubled times. Jesus' truths are so simple yet so profound, but guaranteed to change your life!
